This Policy describes how Hedgeraftlk S.R.L. (“Hedgeraftlk”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors to hedgeraftlk.com. It has been drafted in 2026 to reflect Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Law No. 453 on the General Rights of Users, and international best practices on personal data protection.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you give us through the contact form (name, email and message) and limited technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages viewed) only if you grant analytics consent. We do not request or store special categories of data.
3. Purposes
We use data to reply to your editorial enquiries, improve the quality of published content, comply with legal obligations and — with your consent — measure aggregated use of the site.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your express consent, on the performance of a request from you (replying to a message) and on compliance with legal obligations applicable in Bolivia.
5. Retention
Messages we receive are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Aggregated analytical records are kept for a maximum period of 14 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. Technology providers (web hosting and email) may have access under confidentiality agreements. If you enable advertising cookies, Google may receive limited signals under Google Consent Mode v2.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to processing at any time by writing to hola@hedgeraftlk.com. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.
8. Minors
The site is not aimed at minors under 16. If we detect data from a person below that age, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The new version will be published on this same page, showing the date of the last update.
